The Butcher The Baker Management Company was founded in 1985 by Allen and Lee Ann Johnston operating the first South Carolina franchised Fuddruckers. We continue to be a locally owned and operated company to this day with multiple South Carolina locations and a Pigeon Forge Tennessee location. We proudly continue to operate with the same founding principles of hands-on leadership, a steadfast commitment to hospitality and a passion to serve our communities in a clean, friendly and family focused environment. In addition to Fuddruckers we manage and operate 6 Bojangles’ restaurants in the Upstate of South Carolina.
